As a Health Coach and fitness professional, I create a supportive environment in my workshops, health coaching practice and fitness classes that will enable you to achieve your health goals. Among other things, I have studied yoga, Pilates and all the major dietary theories. In my practice, I use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering diet, lifestyle and fitness approaches that work best for you.

Most approaches to nutrition and fitness dwell on calories in and calories out, carbs, fats and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and "good" and "bad" foods and lifestyle choices, I coach my clients, whether it be in a workshop setting, one-on-one or group coaching setting or in one of my fitness classes, to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and deprivation.

No one diet or fitness plan works for everyone. I am committed to guiding you to the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to not only reach your current health goals, but will also give you the tools needed to make your future health goals a reality as well.
